This Software License establishes the general license terms that apply to downloaded Male Ethos application software provided by Block Header, LLC under the Male Ethos brand. Each Male Ethos application may also include a product-specific license containing additional product terms, scope disclosures, disclaimers, third-party notices, or other provisions. Where a product-specific license contains more specific terms for that application, those more specific terms govern that application.

1.License Grant

Subject to these terms and any applicable product-specific license, Block Header, LLC grants the purchaser a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the purchased Male Ethos application for personal use.

The purchase gives you permission to use the downloaded product. It does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, interface design, Male Ethos branding, product content, or other intellectual property included with the application.

2.Permitted Use

The purchaser may:

Use the purchased application personally.
Store the application on personal devices or storage locations under the purchaser’s control.
Make reasonable backup copies for personal recovery purposes.
Export and retain personal application data and backup files.

3.Prohibited Use

Unless Block Header, LLC gives written permission, the purchaser may not:

Resell or redistribute the application.
Share the downloaded product publicly or with non-purchasers.
Sublicense the application.
Repackage the application for resale.
Modify the application for redistribution.
Remove ownership notices for redistribution.
Claim ownership of the software, Male Ethos brand, product content, design, or code.
Use Male Ethos branding, software, or product materials in a way that falsely implies authorization, sponsorship, or affiliation.

4.Ownership

Male Ethos applications, branding, product content, design, code, documentation, and associated materials remain the property of Block Header, LLC, except where third-party rights may apply. This license grants permission to use the purchased product; it does not transfer ownership.

Personal records, notes, logs, exports, and backup files created by the purchaser through use of the application remain separate from the Male Ethos software itself.

5.Local Data

Male Ethos applications are designed for local operation. App data is normally stored locally in the user’s browser or in another local storage location specifically supported by the application.

Block Header does not automatically receive or store the user’s application records merely because the application is used. Browser-local data that is deleted without a user-created backup may not be recoverable by Block Header. The user is responsible for maintaining backups when records matter.

Product-specific licenses may describe additional local storage behavior, backup features, Connected Data Folders, export formats, or other data-handling details that apply to a particular application.

6.Product Scope and Disclaimers

Male Ethos applications are practical educational, planning, execution, tracking, reflection, or review tools. They are not promises of a particular result and do not replace qualified professional guidance where such guidance is appropriate.

Individual applications may include additional product-specific scope statements, fitness or medical disclaimers, mental-health disclaimers, professional-advice disclaimers, or other limitations appropriate to that product. Those product-specific disclosures are part of the license terms for that application.

7.Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MALE ETHOS APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

BLOCK HEADER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT AN APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY USER, DEVICE, BROWSER, OPERATING ENVIRONMENT, OR PURPOSE.

8.Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLOCK HEADER AND MALE ETHOS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF A MALE ETHOS APPLICATION.

ANY AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHOULD BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT THE PURCHASER PAID FOR THE APPLICATION OR APPLICABLE PURCHASE, EXCEPT WHERE APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW THAT LIMITATION.

9.Third-Party Software

Some Male Ethos applications may include third-party software, libraries, fonts, code, or other components. When third-party license terms or attribution notices apply, the relevant product package will include those notices or identify where they can be found.

Third-party components remain governed by their respective licenses and rights. A product-specific Male Ethos license may identify particular third-party software included with that application.

10.Compatibility, Updates, and Replacement Files

Product pages and product documentation identify the supported environment for each application. Use in an unsupported browser, device, or operating environment is outside the supported compatibility commitment unless the applicable product materials state otherwise.

Block Header may provide corrected files, maintenance releases, or product updates when appropriate. Unless an update is expressly offered under different terms, updated or replacement files remain subject to this Software License and any applicable product-specific license.

This license does not require perpetual updates, new features, cloud services, or compatibility with every future browser, operating system, or device.

11.Termination

This license terminates if the purchaser materially violates its terms. Upon termination, the purchaser must stop using the application and must stop redistributing any retained copies, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

A product-specific license may contain additional termination terms that apply to that application.

12.Support, Refunds, and Purchase Issues

Delivery problems, corrupted files, supported-browser compatibility issues, duplicate charges, and other qualifying purchase problems are handled under the Male Ethos Refund Policy and support process.

The software license does not create a guarantee of physical, personal, professional, financial, medical, or other results.

13.Applicable Law and Changes to This License

Software, digital-content, and consumer-protection rules differ by jurisdiction. Nothing in this license is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Where applicable law conflicts with this license, applicable law controls to the extent required.

Block Header may update the general Software License used for future products, future versions, or future purchases. The general license, product-specific license, and other terms supplied with a purchased application govern that application and purchase, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
