A Connected Data Folder, where available, is local filesystem synchronization and does not transmit the application state to a remote Male Ethos service.

5.What Local Operation Does and Does Not Mean

Local operation reduces routine cloud collection, but it does not mean that local records are automatically encrypted, anonymous, permanent, or inaccessible to other people who can access the same device or files.

Browser storage can be cleared. Local files and exported backups can also be deleted, copied, moved, or accessed according to the security of the customer’s own device and storage environment. Customers should protect sensitive exports and maintain backups when records matter.

6.How Information Is Used
