By accessing or using MaleEthos.com, purchasing a Male Ethos product, or using related website services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If a separate Male Ethos policy provides more specific terms for a particular subject, that policy applies to that subject.
2. Male Ethos Products
Male Ethos provides practical digital applications designed to help users plan, execute, record, review, and improve defined areas of physical, personal, or professional development.
Current Male Ethos applications are downloadable local web applications. They are intended to remain usable after purchase without requiring a Male Ethos product account or an ongoing subscription for the downloaded product.
Male Ethos products are tools for structured execution and review. They do not guarantee any particular physical, personal, professional, financial, medical, or other result.
3. Purchases and Digital Delivery
Male Ethos applications are digital products delivered by download. The price and included product or products are disclosed before payment. Current downloadable applications are sold as one-time purchases and do not carry a recurring subscription charge unless a future offer clearly states otherwise before purchase.
Optional post-purchase offers require affirmative customer action. Declining an optional offer does not affect the original purchase.
4. Software Use
Purchasing a Male Ethos application provides access to the purchased downloadable product. Use of the software itself is governed by the separate .
The Software License controls questions involving copying, distributing, modifying, transferring, or otherwise using the downloaded application files.
5. Compatibility, Local Operation, and Data
Product pages identify the supported environment before purchase. Male Ethos applications are designed for local use in supported desktop browsers and do not require conventional software installation.
- Extract the complete downloaded product folder and keep its files together.
- Open the included index.html file in a supported desktop browser.
- Working application data is stored in the browser profile used to open the application.
- Data does not automatically synchronize between browsers, profiles, computers, or devices.
- Browser storage can be cleared.
- Export backups when your records matter.
Unsupported environments are not treated as qualifying compatibility failures under the Male Ethos technical guarantee.
6. Refunds, Delivery Problems, and Support
Because Male Ethos applications are downloadable digital products, purchases are generally final once download access has been provided. Customers are protected by the Male Ethos Seven-Day Technical and Delivery Guarantee for qualifying delivery, file-integrity, supported-browser, duplicate-charge, or material-description problems.
Male Ethos will first make a reasonable attempt to correct a qualifying delivery or technical issue. When a qualifying issue cannot reasonably be resolved, the governs whether a refund is issued.
Products purchased through a discounted bundle or paired offer are treated as one discounted transaction for refund purposes. Duplicate charges and delivery failures are corrected independently of whether the order involved one product or multiple products.
7. Product Boundaries and Professional Advice
Male Ethos applications may provide educational, planning, execution, tracking, reflection, estimation, or review tools. They are not intended to create a professional-client relationship or replace qualified professional guidance where such guidance is appropriate.
Physical products are not medical assessments, rehabilitation services, live personal training, or substitutes for qualified medical or fitness guidance. Other Male Ethos products must likewise be understood as tools rather than substitutes for medical, psychological, legal, financial, employment, business, or other licensed professional advice.
8. Results and Safety
Results vary. Male Ethos does not guarantee muscle growth, strength increases, weight loss, medical improvement, employment, promotion, business revenue, financial performance, relationship outcomes, or any other specific result.
When using a Physical application, use stable equipment, controlled technique, and manageable loads. Stop exercising and seek appropriate professional care if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, unusual shortness of breath, or another concerning symptom.
You remain responsible for deciding whether a particular activity, exercise, load, schedule, recommendation, or product is appropriate for your circumstances.
9. Responsible Use
Use Male Ethos website content and applications lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the website, the products, other users, or the rights of others.
You are responsible for following product instructions, maintaining your own downloaded files, and preserving backups when your records are important to you.
10. Privacy
Website and customer information is addressed in the Male Ethos . Local application records are different from ordinary website information: working records remain in the browser environment used by the customer rather than being automatically uploaded to a Male Ethos cloud account.
11. Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Male Ethos before initiating a payment dispute so that legitimate duplicate charges, failed delivery, or qualifying unresolved technical problems can be reviewed and corrected promptly.
Male Ethos may preserve available transaction, delivery, checkout, support, and troubleshooting records relevant to a payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested using available transaction and delivery evidence.
12. Applicable Law and Changes to These Terms
Consumer-protection and digital-content rules can differ by jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Where applicable law conflicts with a provision of these Terms or another Male Ethos policy, applicable law controls to the extent required.
Male Ethos may update these Terms, related policies, product descriptions, or commercial practices as the platform develops. Current purchases remain subject to the disclosures, product terms, and policies applicable to the transaction, together with any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Male Ethos applications are downloadable digital software delivered immediately after purchase. Because a downloaded digital product cannot be physically returned and copies already downloaded cannot be reliably revoked, purchases are generally final once download access has been provided. Your purchase is protected by the Male Ethos Seven-Day Technical and Delivery Guarantee described below.
1. Seven-Day Technical and Delivery Guarantee
Contact Male Ethos within seven calendar days of purchase when a qualifying delivery, file-integrity, supported-browser, duplicate-charge, or material-description problem occurs.
This guarantee is not a seven-day free trial and is not a broad change-of-mind or general satisfaction guarantee.
2. Qualifying Issues
A refund may be available when one of the following applies:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You did not receive access to the purchased download.
- The delivered files are missing or corrupted.
- The application will not open in one of the supported desktop browsers identified on the product page, and Male Ethos is unable to resolve the problem.
- The delivered product is materially different from the product described on the applicable sales page.
3. How Qualifying Problems Are Handled
Male Ethos will first make a reasonable attempt to correct the delivery or technical issue. This may include resending the download, replacing damaged files, providing start instructions, or helping you use the product in a supported environment.
When a qualifying issue cannot reasonably be resolved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Refunds Are Not Normally Provided For
- A change of mind after download access has been delivered.
- Failure to download or use the product.
- Preference for another workout method or application.
- Use on an unsupported browser, device, or operating environment.
- Failure to follow the provided start or usage instructions.
- Loss of local data caused by clearing browser storage.
- Loss of files after you delete or misplace the download.
- Failure to create or preserve an exported backup.
- Dissatisfaction with physical, fitness, professional, financial, or personal outcomes.
- An expectation of a feature that the product page clearly states is not included.
- A request made more than seven calendar days after purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Bundles and Paired Offers
Products purchased through a discounted bundle or paired offer are treated as one discounted transaction for refund purposes.
Male Ethos does not normally issue a partial refund that allows a customer to retain one product at a price that was available only because multiple products were purchased together.
When a qualifying technical or delivery issue affects only one included product, Male Ethos will first attempt to repair or replace that product. When the issue cannot be resolved and a refund is justified, the complete discounted transaction may be refunded.
Duplicate charges, delivery failures, and similar payment or fulfillment errors are corrected independently of whether the order involved one product or a bundle.
6. Compatibility and Local Data
Product pages identify the supported environment before purchase. Unsupported browsers, devices, or operating environments are not covered as compatibility failures under the technical guarantee.
Male Ethos applications store working records locally in the browser profile used to open the application. Browser storage can be cleared, and data does not automatically synchronize between browsers, profiles, computers, or devices. Customers should export backups when their records matter.
7. Results and Outcomes
A refund is not justified solely because a customer does not achieve a desired physical, personal, financial, or professional result.

8. How to Request Support or a Refund Review

This Software License establishes the general license terms that apply to downloaded Male Ethos application software provided by Block Header, LLC under the Male Ethos brand. Each Male Ethos application may also include a product-specific license containing additional product terms, scope disclosures, disclaimers, third-party notices, or other provisions. Where a product-specific license contains more specific terms for that application, those more specific terms govern that application.
1. License Grant
Subject to these terms and any applicable product-specific license, Block Header, LLC grants the purchaser a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the purchased Male Ethos application for personal use.
The purchase gives you permission to use the downloaded product. It does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, interface design, Male Ethos branding, product content, or other intellectual property included with the application.
2. Permitted Use
The purchaser may:
- Use the purchased application personally.
- Store the application on personal devices or storage locations under the purchaser’s control.
- Make reasonable backup copies for personal recovery purposes.
- Export and retain personal application data and backup files.
3. Prohibited Use
Unless Block Header, LLC gives written permission, the purchaser may not:
- Resell or redistribute the application.
- Share the downloaded product publicly or with non-purchasers.
- Sublicense the application.
- Repackage the application for resale.
- Modify the application for redistribution.
- Remove ownership notices for redistribution.
- Claim ownership of the software, Male Ethos brand, product content, design, or code.
- Use Male Ethos branding, software, or product materials in a way that falsely implies authorization, sponsorship, or affiliation.
4. Ownership
Male Ethos applications, branding, product content, design, code, documentation, and associated materials remain the property of Block Header, LLC, except where third-party rights may apply. This license grants permission to use the purchased product; it does not transfer ownership.
Personal records, notes, logs, exports, and backup files created by the purchaser through use of the application remain separate from the Male Ethos software itself.
5. Local Data
Male Ethos applications are designed for local operation. App data is normally stored locally in the user’s browser or in another local storage location specifically supported by the application.
Block Header does not automatically receive or store the user’s application records merely because the application is used. Browser-local data that is deleted without a user-created backup may not be recoverable by Block Header. The user is responsible for maintaining backups when records matter.
Product-specific licenses may describe additional local storage behavior, backup features, Connected Data Folders, export formats, or other data-handling details that apply to a particular application.
6. Product Scope and Disclaimers
Male Ethos applications are practical educational, planning, execution, tracking, reflection, or review tools. They are not promises of a particular result and do not replace qualified professional guidance where such guidance is appropriate.
Individual applications may include additional product-specific scope statements, fitness or medical disclaimers, mental-health disclaimers, professional-advice disclaimers, or other limitations appropriate to that product. Those product-specific disclosures are part of the license terms for that application.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MALE ETHOS APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
BLOCK HEADER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT AN APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY USER, DEVICE, BROWSER, OPERATING ENVIRONMENT, OR PURPOSE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLOCK HEADER AND MALE ETHOS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF A MALE ETHOS APPLICATION.
ANY AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHOULD BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT THE PURCHASER PAID FOR THE APPLICATION OR APPLICABLE PURCHASE, EXCEPT WHERE APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW THAT LIMITATION.
9. Third-Party Software
Some Male Ethos applications may include third-party software, libraries, fonts, code, or other components. When third-party license terms or attribution notices apply, the relevant product package will include those notices or identify where they can be found.
Third-party components remain governed by their respective licenses and rights. A product-specific Male Ethos license may identify particular third-party software included with that application.
10. Compatibility, Updates, and Replacement Files
Product pages and product documentation identify the supported environment for each application. Use in an unsupported browser, device, or operating environment is outside the supported compatibility commitment unless the applicable product materials state otherwise.
Block Header may provide corrected files, maintenance releases, or product updates when appropriate. Unless an update is expressly offered under different terms, updated or replacement files remain subject to this Software License and any applicable product-specific license.
This license does not require perpetual updates, new features, cloud services, or compatibility with every future browser, operating system, or device.
11. Termination
This license terminates if the purchaser materially violates its terms. Upon termination, the purchaser must stop using the application and must stop redistributing any retained copies, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
A product-specific license may contain additional termination terms that apply to that application.
12. Support, Refunds, and Purchase Issues
Delivery problems, corrupted files, supported-browser compatibility issues, duplicate charges, and other qualifying purchase problems are handled under the Male Ethos and support process.
The software license does not create a guarantee of physical, personal, professional, financial, medical, or other results.
13. Applicable Law and Changes to This License
Software, digital-content, and consumer-protection rules differ by jurisdiction. Nothing in this license is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Where applicable law conflicts with this license, applicable law controls to the extent required.
Block Header may update the general Software License used for future products, future versions, or future purchases. The general license, product-specific license, and other terms supplied with a purchased application govern that application and purchase, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.

- Browser-managed local storage.
- An optional user-authorized local Connected Data Folder where supported.
- Manual JSON backup files created by the user.
- Portable profiles or other export files deliberately created by the user.
Male Ethos applications are not designed to include remote analytics, advertising trackers, cloud synchronization, online authentication, or hidden network activity during normal local operation. A Connected Data Folder, where available, is local filesystem synchronization and does not transmit the application state to a remote Male Ethos service.
5. What Local Operation Does and Does Not Mean
Local operation reduces routine cloud collection, but it does not mean that local records are automatically encrypted, anonymous, permanent, or inaccessible to other people who can access the same device or files.
Browser storage can be cleared. Local files and exported backups can also be deleted, copied, moved, or accessed according to the security of the customer’s own device and storage environment. Customers should protect sensitive exports and maintain backups when records matter.
6. How Information Is Used
Website and customer information may be used to:
- Process and fulfill purchases.
- Deliver purchased products and related instructions.
- Respond to customer-support requests.
- Troubleshoot delivery, compatibility, or file-integrity problems.
- Process qualifying refunds or correct duplicate charges.

Male Ethos does not control how long browser-managed application records remain on a customer’s device. Customers control their own local application data, exported files, and backups subject to the behavior of their browser, operating system, storage location, and device.

Male Ethos uses reasonable operational measures appropriate to the information and services under its control. No website, payment system, browser storage system, local file, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Customers are responsible for securing their own computers, browsers, local application folders, Connected Data Folders, exported reports, and backup files.
11. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights concerning personal information, such as access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or other privacy choices.
Requests concerning information held by Male Ethos can be submitted using the contact information below. Requests concerning local application records should generally be handled through the application’s own export, reset, backup, restoration, or deletion controls because those records are normally stored on the customer’s device rather than with Male Ethos.
12. Changes to This Policy
Male Ethos may update this Privacy Policy as the website, product catalog, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version published on MaleEthos.com is the version that applies to current website activity unless applicable law requires otherwise.
